Incident Narrative

An employee was installing metal roof panels on a warehouse. He was using a roof runner to bound together the seams on the metal panel when he fell 35 feet off the edge of the roof and landed in a standing position, resulting in a fractured pelvis, a fractured right leg, and lumbar fractures that required hospitalization.
