Incident Narrative
An employee and co-workers were working on taking a cable up a grain leg so they could re-install the belting and buckets for the leg. While turning the drum on the grain leg with his right hand, the employee's left hand was caught between the pulley and the belts on the reducer, resulting in amputation of his little fingertip.
