An employee was pushing a medical cart in an operating room when they tripped over the wheels of a surgical table and struck the table before falling to the floor. The employee lost consciousness and suffered injuries to their arms, head, and neck, including a hyper-extended neck and tingling and weakness in both upper extremities.
