Incident Narrative
An employee was attaching a trailer to a semi truck. While the employee was raising the dollies using the landing gear crank, it became difficult to crank. The employee bent down to see if the dolly legs were coming up when the tension in the crank caused it to come back and hit the employee in the face. The employee suffered a broken jaw.
