Incident Narrative
An employee was removing a 30-pound tray of salmon from a rolling tray rack when the tray became jammed in the rack. When it came unjammed, it impacted the employee's left middle finger, just after the nail bed, up to the first knuckle. The employee suffered a crush injury with the loss of skin.
