Incident Narrative

An employee was on top of a ladder pulling network cable through an open ceiling to wire for a security camera. The bottom of the ladder slipped out and the employee fell close to the wall. A large piece of crown molding was sticking out from the wall and the employee hit his head on it as he fell. The employee was rendered unconscious and was hospitalized for a head injury and a laceration above the right eye.
