Incident Narrative

An employee was working to free a truss on the exterior of a building that was hung under one of the rollers of the finish conveyor. The finish roller conveyor was put into reverse and the truss moved backward causing the employee's leg to get caught between the truss and rollers. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left leg.
