Incident Narrative

An employee was working on a pizza production line, checking the weight of pizzas after they passed through a "waterfall" section that put cheese on them. She was removing some cheese that had built up on a roller when she was pulled into the rollers on the bottom side of the conveyor. She suffered fractures to the right arm and was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
