Incident Narrative

An employee had just repaired a portable pallet wrapper and was remounting its metal table top. As he made fine adjustments to align the mounting holes, the table shifted and his left middle finger was caught between the table and a support roller. The finger was degloved and later amputated at the first knuckle.
