Incident Narrative

Two employees were hanging an elevator shaft while standing on plywood boards. One board shifted, causing the two employees to fall 31 feet from the third floor to the ground floor. One employee was hospitalized for a lower back fracture and the second employee was hospitalized for a brain bleed.
