Incident Narrative

On March 2, 2021, an employee was washing down around a filter press operation near a horizontal conveyor belt. He slipped on sludge around the filter press. As he tried to catch himself from falling, his right hand landed in an opening on the moving conveyor belt. He suffered a contusion, abrasions, and cuts to his right arm and was hospitalized.
