Incident Narrative

An employee was assisting other drivers place trailer jacks under trailers. While pushing a jack stand under the nose of a trailer, the employee slipped on snow and ice on the ground and fell. The jack stand then tipped over, landing on the employee's left hand and fracturing the middle and index fingers.
