Incident Narrative

An employee was building frames and welding metal square tubing. The employee had just completed welding one side of a frame and turned to re-position to do the other side. He leaned onto the hot metal and the back of his jacket caught on fire. The employee was hospitalized with burns on his back, an arm, and the right side of his chest.
