Incident Narrative

An employee was walking on a catwalk above a stage and seating area. A section of catwalk grating became dislodged, causing the employee and the grating section to fall. The employee struck the floor about 20 feet below and suffered fractures to the right arm, right leg, right ankle, and hips/pelvis.
