Incident Narrative
An employee was setting wall panels with a crane while on a building. When the employee bent over to freshen up a line with another employee, the crane started to lift a 24-foot, pre-built wall, causing it to swing over. The employee backed away from the wall and fell off the edge of the building, resulting in a broken knee, hip, wrist, tooth, and nose, as well as a fractured skull and a laceration across the face.
