An employee on a pallet jack and an employee on a forklift collided at the entrance to a freezer. When the collision occurred, the pallet jack handle broke, causing the employee on the pallet jack to fall forward, where their pinky finger was caught between the forklift grate and the pallet jack handle. The employee suffered a laceration to their pinky finger.
