An employee slipped on an icy sidewalk on the way into a building. She fell, landing on the right side of her body and suffering contusions to the head and face causing right-side head pain, headache, right cheek pain with swelling, right jaw pain, a nosebleed, an abrasion to the nose, and right eye redness; she also suffered right knee pain with swelling.
