Incident Narrative

An employee was hauling corn in a semi-truck from one farm to another. He climbed a ladder that was mounted to the trailer. While the corn level was rising, the employee went to climb down the ladder to shut the grain off and fell off the ladder approximately 5 feet. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis and injured shoulder, both on the right side of the body.
