Incident Narrative
An employee was working at a roof build table. The roof build table is located near the end wall/truss area where a router is used. The employee stepped down off a step ladder, slipped on sawdust from the router, and fell 20 inches to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a fractured left tibia requiring surgery.
