On November 23, 20202, an electrician was replacing a conveyor belt on a multi-stage boom conveyor and ancillary equipment. The employee reached under the running machine to check the tension on the conveyor and his right arm was caught in the machine resulting in a fracture and severe lacerations that required surgery.
