Incident Narrative

At about 8:00 p.m. on November 20, 2020, an employee was using a crane to remove product from a racking system. A cable broke and the crane tipped forward, ejecting the employee. The employee flew about 10-12 feet into the air, then fell to the concrete floor. The employee suffered two broken ribs, a broken collarbone, a broken tailbone, a punctured lung, and lacerations that required suturing.
