Incident Narrative

Employee was working with a 3.5-inch air nail gun to assemble wooden trusses on the production line at a modular home manufacturing plant. As he tried to free a stuck air line running to the gun, the hose cam loose. The gun swung into his leg and fired a nail into the leg above the knee.
