Incident Narrative
An employee was unloading a pallet from the back of a truck's trailer. When the employee got to the end of the lift gate his foot got caught between the safety bar/pallet stop and the manual pallet jack. He fell off the lift gate approximately 4 feet to the concrete ground. The employee sustained a right knee injury and a shattered fibula.
