While passing lumber forms that weighed 100 lbs., an employee tripped and fell approximately 8 feet off the leading edge of a retaining wall onto the concrete pavement. The employee sustained fractures to the T6 and T12 vertebrae with a tension band injury to the T11 vertebra.
