Incident Narrative

Two employees were preparing a vessel for cleaning. The injured employee was on the deck of the vessel handing pieces of plywood (temporary compartment covers) out of the side dive door to the other employee who was standing on the ground. The injured employee slipped and fell from the boat to the ground and suffered a rib injury.
