On October 4, 2020, at approximately 11:45 AM, an employee was in the break area on her official break. She had an altercation with another employee and was hit in the face by a closed-fist, causing her head to hit the wall. The employee sustained a fractured jaw and two broken teeth. Her injuries required surgery and hospitalization.
