Incident Narrative
An employee was trying to remove a sheet pan from a dish machine, where it was causing the dish racks to jam. The momentum of the racks re-latching onto the dish conveyor dislodged a sheet pan in the next rack, which fell onto the employee's left hand and severely lacerated the ring finger.
