Incident Narrative

An employee was working on the band side of a tire machine. The employee removed the empty A-frame and was pushing in the next A-frame when the top roll came back and pinched their hand between the adjustment nut of the top roll and the frame of the equipment. Half of the employee's left middle finger was amputated.
