Incident Narrative
An employee was using a towel to dry tire rims on a vehicle that had just exited the car wash. After stopping at the bump stop, the vehicle began to slowly roll backwards. When this occurred the employee's right ring finger became stuck in the tire rim and amputated above the first knuckle.
