On 8-24-2020 at 2:40 a.m., an Ivory Solutions employee was on a stepladder removing a ceiling when the ceiling fell, causing the employee to fall off the stepladder. As he fell, he hit his ribs on the ladder, injuring them and requiring hospitalization.
