Incident Narrative

On July 17, 2020, two employees were using a 6-wheeled utility vehicle to assist them in traveling between rows of apple trees to pick up pruned branches from the ground. At approximately 10:00 a.m., the injured employee was picking-up branches and was struck by the utility vehicle. The injured employee was hospitalized with multiple fractures of the sternum, pelvis, and ribs.
