Incident Narrative

An employee was working on a tractor's drive shaft. The tractor was positioned on an incline at the time. After working on the drive shaft, the employee moved some blocks that were used to hold the wheels in place. The brakes were not set at the time, so the tractor rolled slowly back and crushed his body between the tractor and a flatbed that was waiting outside the bay. He was hospitalized for a fractured hip.
