Incident Narrative
Employees were moving a large window through a door of an apartment. The window had to be tilted so it could pass through the door, and its rail plastic safety block fell off. The windowpane slid and caught the right middle finger of one employee (working for Juarez Glass) against the frame. The last joint of the finger was amputated.
