Incident Narrative

An employee was gathering stacked building materials at the perimeter of the job site. When the employee picked up a piece of lumber, a raccoon jumped out from underneath the pile and bit the employee's right hand. The bite pierced the employee's glove. The employee was hospitalized due to rabies.
