Incident Narrative

An employee was attempting to fix a transmission issue in a box truck. He was underneath the vehicle when the transmission slipped out of gear and the vehicle rolled backwards onto him. As a result, he suffered broken ribs, scrapes to the side and buttocks, a collapsed lung, and bruises.
