Incident Narrative
An employee was making a seal by combining the top and bottom plastic at the infeed of a fold and roll machine. While adjusting the plastic, the front heat seal bar began sequencing and came down onto the employee's arm, pinning it in the machine. The employee was hospitalized with burns and bruising to the right forearm.
