An employee was sitting at her desk performing management tasks. A guest went to the front lobby brandishing a 9mm gun. The guest approached the employee, hit her in the head with the gun and then, as security approached the area, shot the employee five times hitting her on the arm three times. The employee sustained a head injury and gunshot wounds to the left arm.
