Incident Narrative

An employee was loading a last-minute bag into the cargo bin of an aircraft. The belt loader that was normally used was pulled away, so the employee jumped from the ground to the cargo bin. The employee fell from the cargo bin and struck the back of his head on the concrete, suffering a traumatic brain injury, temporal skull fracture, and subarachnoid and subdural bleeding.
