Incident Narrative
On May 24, 2020,at approximately 11:30 a.m., an employee was operating a side-by-side UTV downhill when he realized the slope was too steep to negotiate. He attempted to reverse the UTV, and it flipped and rolled to the bottom of the slope. The employee suffered a fractured ankle.
