Incident Narrative
An employee was rolling a fully loaded cart down a truck ramp to deliver products to a retail store when the cart struck the edge of the truck ramp, causing the load to shift forward and the employee to lose control of the cart. The employee then fell off the ramp to the ground below, breaking the left tibia.
