Incident Narrative
The injured employee was setting a truss about 10 feet high on a residential building. He was working with two other employees. The truss was not going into the right position and when one of the employees pushed it, the injured employee, who was grabbing the truss, lost his balance and fell to the floor, fracturing his hip. The employee required surgery.
