On April 22, 2020, an employee was attempting to climb into a jockey truck when the employee reached for the grab bar and missed, causing a loss of balance. The employee fell backwards, striking the elbow on the jockey's steel platform and resulting in a left elbow laceration, torn bicep, and torn tricep, which required stitches, surgical muscle repair, and hospitalization.
