Incident Narrative

An employee was operating a standup forklift when he stopped his lift on a shipping dock in front of a door. A sit-down forklift was backing out of the door and hit the employee's leg, pinning it between the two lifts. His left leg had a fractured femur, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
