Incident Narrative

An employee was about 10 feet off the ground in a bucket truck's bucket, trimming a pecan tree. The bucket was snagged by a branch and the tension pushed it. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a sprained back and shoulder. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
