An employee opened the trailer door of a truck that had just arrived. A double-stacked pallet inside the truck had become unstable, and its weight pushed the door open very quickly. The employee was knocked to the floor between the truck and the dock plate; the pallet then fell from the trailer onto the employee's right knee. The employee suffered a broken right tibia.
