Incident Narrative

The injured employee was standing at the end of the dock waiting for a pallet to be set on the ground and then be loaded into a delivery truck. The pallet was set on the ground and as the forklift driver was removing the forks, the pallet tipped over and struck the injured employee. The injured employee sustained a fractured right hip and a rib fracture.
