Incident Narrative

Three employees were tying up a cruise vessel when the vessel tightened one of the ropes, causing it to pop and strike the three employees. Two of the employees were hospitalized. Employee 1 was hospitalized with a fractured left index finger and left forearm. Employee 2 was hospitalized with multiple fractures on the left arm. Employee 3 sustained bruises to the right side of the body.
