Incident Narrative
Two employees were removing an overhang bracket. One employee was holding the bracket while another employee was using an air impact wrench. The socket slipped off the nut causing the wrench to drop down and strike the employee's first finger on the right hand causing an avulsion between the second and third knuckle.
