Incident Narrative
An employee was servicing an air conditioner unit at a customer's house. Upon completion, the employee attempted to disconnect a Freon gauge from the air conditioner unit. One of the valves got stuck and Freon gas started to flow out. The employee reapplied the gauge as the Freon was coming out and sustained freon burns to both hands.
