On February 5, 2020, at approximately 8:45 a.m., an employee was operating a forklift. While backing-up the forklift and making a left turn, the employee's left foot was caught between a guardrail and the outside frame of the forklift, resulting in fractures to the 4th and 5th distal bones of the left foot. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
